These look Absolutely Awesome.
I take it that you bake in 350 deg. oven and continue the baking process after you press the cookie down with a spoon?
Will be making these this coming weekend due to the fact that hubby has quite the sweet tooth.
I bet these would work with any almost any cookie dough.

Yes, just use whatever temperature your cookie recipe calls for. Mine was 350 degrees. And I agree - I think any cookie would be great. Im already imagining oatmeal cookies with chocolate ice cream, and sugar cookies with lemon curd and blueberries.
